It's interesting how you learn more about nature when you step into it.
Our students recently embarked on an exciting field trip to the mangrove forest, where learning came alive outside the classroom . The trip aimed to help students understand the importance of mangroves in protecting coastal ecosystems ,supporting biodiversity and combating climate change.
During the visit students had the opportunity to;
Explore the unique ecosystem of the mangrove forest, Observe different species of plants, crabs, fish and birds, learn how the mangrove prevent soil erosion and act as natural barriers against storms, participate in interactive activities such as water testing and guided nature walks.
